This plan set delivered on CD that contains about 350 plans files of our most popular outdoor and garden wood working plans and hundreds of extra wood working tips, tricks, techniques, and other hobby projects that are discussed below. Many files contain more than one plan, there are more than 700 plans on this easy to browse disc. There are no links or garbage. All plans are delivered as pdf files that you can print out on your home printer, as necessary for construction. A partial list of plans that are on the CD are below. There's simply too much to list. In addition to the plans, there is extensive of bonus material consisting of wood working guides and home repair tasks on various home repair projects for the Do It Yourselfer. In 1959 I purchased an original home built “Thing” and ran it for several years on the Willamette River. Years later it got rotten and subsequently discarded. Now the Son of the man who originally built it from the magazine plans in his wood shop in Milwaukie, Oregon works with me and he helped his Dad build it in 1958. This customer chose to build the Gazebo on a stone platform instead of a deck, although all decking plans are provided as part of the plan. The customization potential is limitless. This customer chose the railings and frieze from one plan and combined it with another plan and deleted the deck. You can build limitless combinations. The boat plan I used to build my boat was the 14' Playboy Runabout. I have pics from start to finish of the project and i'm very proud of it. I customized the plans a little to suit my needs better. I built her to drive with remote controls not from the motor, and I closed in the sides and put a storage compartment on both sides. I put a bench seat accross the back with storage underneath instead of a seat down both sides and I closed in the rear of the boat for extra storage (gas tank, battery box, tools, etc). I also fiberglassed the outside and painted it. I think the plans were great and easy to follow for the first time builder.

Why should I buy from you? There are lots of places to buy similar stuff on ebay. What makes you so special?

What separates us from the rest is that we want you to be happy. If you're happy, you'll buy from us again and tell your friends. Yeah, so, there are lots of other sellers on ebay. Are you saying the rest of them will rip me off?

No, of course not. But, beware of what people sell on ebay. Many sellers on here will charge you an exhorbitant amount for shipping. Many will "claim" to provide discount shipping only when you contact them, they'll tell you they'll take a quarter off the shipping price for each additional item. We never do that. Our combined shipping policy is clearly spelled out for those to see. No tricky or cheap discounts. Simple as that. Also, when comparing our films to those of others, take note of not only the price of the item, but also the content. What kind of permits, codes, restrictions, paperwork, etc., do I need to deal with before I build your shed/garage/gazebo, etc?

We can't answer that. Every county in every state has different requirements. We encourage you to check with your local building department before beginning your project. Different regions also have different building codes and requirements. It is your responsibility that whatever structure you build complies with those codes. Remember, it doesn't matter where you bought the plan, or what plan you are using, or if you are even using a plan, you are ultimately responsible for the safety of the structure you build, so you will need to ensure whatever you are building complies with your local safety codes and construction standards. There is nothing more important that the safety of your loved ones. With that in mind, if you are inexperienced in construction, and are tackling a large project such as a shed, garage, gazebo, etc., you should verify all that you are doing with someone who is more experienced.

Many sellers on ebay who we won't name are selling discs full of links and other garbage instead of what you are looking for. Why would you want to buy a disc full of links?? All of our plans are in PDF format right on the disc. No links, no garbage that sends you on the internet to some website.

All of our discs are tested before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction. In VERY RARE cases does a disc get damaged and rendered unreadable in shipment. If our disc shows up and it won't read on your DVD or CD Drive, let us know, an we'll replace it. If you are unsatisfied in any way, let us know, we want you to be happy.

In some cases, customers bought DVD ROM discs and tried to play them on their CD ROM. In those cases, it is not our responsibility for your hardware compatibility issues. ALL of our DVD's are clearly marked as DVD's in the auction listing.

All items are shipped by USPS first class mail. In an effort to keep our costs down, that are passed along as low prices to you, all of our disks are packaged and shipped in economic sleeves and mailers. All of our disks are labeled with a clean label and some graphics. The disks are made this way for speed and cost, which translates into lower cost for you. We focus our efforts on the quality of the material on the disk. We do not believe in charging you an extra 3 or 4 dollars like some companies out there just to throw in a 25 cent plastic case and slap a color label on an item. We believe you purchase for content, and ours is the best, although we still believe you will be pleased with the presentation.

PLEASE READ ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES:

The estimated delivery dates shown above are ebay's estimates, not ours. Sometimes ebay's dates are completely unrealistic. USA CUSTOMERS: Most times, your package will arrive in about 1 week after we ship them depending on where you are at. NON-USA CUSTOMERS: Same deal above, except your packages typically have been taking about 2 weeks or so after we ship them. We've noticed that maybe 20% of overseas customers have been waiting as long as 4+ weeks for these shipments. The only explanation we can come up with is that it must be stuck in some container in some dock waiting on customs clearance. It happens, and for those 20% of customers, we apologize, but there is very little we can do about that. Your disk will arrive or we will replace it.

Multiple items purchased by the same customer may or may not be shipped in the same package, at our discretion. We do not offer any additional discounts on multiple items other than the ones noted above.
