Parts that are classified as "Oversized" or "Hazmat" have to be shipped via an OTR freight carrier. These items cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Freight carriers require a loading dock or forklift to unload. If you are ordering a very large or very heavy item, please be prepared to provide a business address for delivery.
Non business addresses will require an additional $100 for liftgate charges on Oversized and Hazmat items.

A: The pictures displayed on most of our listings were taken when the vehicle was originally inventoried. Things will have been sold by the time you see this listing. We update pictures as we can, but it's not possible to update them every time something is sold.

A: We are a salvage yard, almost everything we sell is used (unless labeled new aftermarket). We do our best to make sure everything is in good working order, but from time to time things get missed. We may have to contact you if an item does not pass inspection before shipping.
Q: This part is labeled Left side, is that the driver or passenger side of the car?
A: The industry standard left/right is as you are sitting in the vehicle. Left is Driver's Side, Right is Passenger Side.
Q: How does that work for engines that are turned sideways? (as in most front wheel drive cars)
A: The side of the motor with the serpentine belt is the "front". The rules are the same as they are for the whole car after that.
Q: I see your name is Rapid IMPORT Salvage, do you do just imports?
A: We do have more imports than anything, but we have a good selection of domestic vehicles as well.

A: We offer a 30 day replacement guarantee.
