Shipping: Will ship worldwide with the exception of Brazil. Will ship to Brazil but no guarantees due to customs regulations to Brazil. We have shipped several with no problems. Will ship worldwide but you will be responsible for all regulations, fees taxes to your country and shipping charges. Some countries shipping is higher than what is listed and some countries are much cheaper such as Canada. 

Some countries have strict size restrictions and have had to in some instances had to ship 2 small packages one with the keyboard and the other with the Bass assembly and bellows.

Returns: Due to the delicate nature of shipping these instruments there is no return. We provide very detailed pictures so you can see the condition of the item before it is packaged and shipped.
