Item Not Received

We are sorry but you must allow 7 working days for the delivery of your item before contacting us. Due to Royal Mail policy we are unable to take any action on lost mail until at least 15 working days have passed.

If you have provided an incorrect address or are aware of something that may hinder the delivery of your parcel please contact us immediately.

    * Has the parcel been left in a secure location such as a garage, greenhouse or with a neighbor?

Royal Mail do not allow us to take action on suspected lost items until 15 working days have passed from dispatch date - however we do ask that you notify us via an eBay message (not an email) if you have not received your goods after 7 working days so that we can resolve any issues Royal Mail may have delivering to your address as soon as possible.

Returns 

Our return policy is as follows: all sales are final unless the item is not as described.

Should your item be defective we will replace the item/part upon it's return.
The defective item/part in most cases will need to BE SENT BACK.If we are unable to replace the item/part we will offer an upgraded/alternative item/part or a full refund.

If you no longer require an item (one that is non-defective, and as described on eBay)
you may return it to us at your OWN COST, within 7 working days of receipt.
Suitable packaging and care must be used to return the item.
