Under the Distance Selling Regulation,you have 7 working days from the day of receipt to cancel your order. Ourpostal address can be found below. All items must be returned to the addressbelow at your own cost. Once we have received your return, you will be issued arefund for the total value of the order.

By Post:

If you are not completely satisfiedwith the purchase you have made you can return the item or items to us within14 days of receipt. The items must be in an unused condition. There must be aninvoice present or a cover note which must contain your eBay user ID, buyers’full name, reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange orrefund. We will offer a refund or exchange upon receipt. Unfortunately, wecannot offer a refund on postage costs.
