The First Generation ECWCS Consisted Of Parka And Trousers Plus 20 Other Individual Clothing, Handwear, Headwear And Footwear Items Which Are Used In Various Combinations To Meet The Cold Weather Environmental Requirements Of The US Military (And Others).
