SHIPPING: We ship everyday business day at 4:00 p.m. central time.  The shipment will go out on the day we receive your payment if received before 2:00 p.m. central time.  Each item is securely packaged to enhance the safety of your purchased item.  Each package comes with a tracking number.

RETURNS:  This item is fully tested, and is 100% functional.  If you receive your purchased product and it is not functional a replacement item will be shipped to you.  If we are out of stock of the particular item when it is returned, we will issue a refund.  You must contact Laptop Chips within 14 days of DOA and return the product to obtain your return value.  We would rather work with you to resolve the problem than give you an unpleasant  transaction.
