- We offer the following shipping services: Economy (1 - 10 business days), Standard Ground (1 - 5 business days), Expedited (1 - 3 business days) and Next Day. Please see listing for shipping quote.
- We ship orders by multiple carriers, USPS and FedEx, at our discretion.
- Economy Shipping service does not provide detailed tracking information. It provides delivery confirmation after package is delivered.
- Expedited shipping service provides detailed tracking information.
- Expedited is day-guarantee services. For example, Expedited service guarantees to deliver in 3 days.
- Delivery takes place on Monday to Friday. For example, a package shipped on Wednesday with Expedited service would be expected for delivery the following Monday.
- For order value less than $250, there is no requirement to sign for the package. In most cases, the package will be left at buyer's front door or mail box. We can add this signature option for $3 extra. Interested buyer should contact us before checkout.
- For order value $250 or more, we will add the signature requirement at no extra charge.
- We ship orders to P.O. Box, APO and US Territory by USPS.

- We ship by FedEx International Priority to most destinations. The delivery time is typically 2 - 5 business days. Custom clearance may delay the delivery time. At our discretion, we may ship by USPS (postal service) to rural areas and the delivery time may take as many as 1 - 3 weeks.
- We are not responsible if the custom of your country rejects the import shipment for any reason. If the package is rejected, we are subject to charge any return shipping and associated fee. We recommend international customers consulting with us before purchase.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) carrier or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
