This is a Netgear DGN1000 (DGN1000SP) the Wireless N router replacement for the popular Netgear DG834G

It is a ADSL 2+ Modem Wireless N router.

Originally supplied by Orange or Virgin for their ADSL connections - I have tested this with a standard ADSL line and it works fine.

I have also set the wireless SSID to Netgear and removed wireless security so that you can connect to it easily the first time.

This will work great with ADSL Internet Service Providers (i.e. through the phone line) in the UK, such as BT, Tiscali, Zen and Talk Talk. If you intend to use this with SKY UK broadband, please note that you will need your SKY username and password - if you do not know these, there are tools available online which you can use to discover the info.

It is extremely easy to install, however if you need any help with setting this up, just let me know and I will be happy to help. You can get me via email, Skype or on the telephone (see number below).

• No other cables are included.
  

Basic install information:

• Connect to phone line using RJ11 Modem cable via ADSL filter.
• Connect to your computer using the RJ45 Patch Cable.
• Connect the power supply.
• Open the web browser on your computer and type in http://192.168.0.1
• Login with login/password which is admin/password
• Use the setup wizard or enter your ISP info manually.
• Setup wireless encryption as desired.

Collection: Collection of items you have won is possible. No carriage costs are applied if you collect. If you do collect, payment must be by cash on collection only. I am in Co Armagh, Northern Ireland (between Moira and Lurgan), which is about 20 miles from Belfast, 20 miles from Antrim, 10 miles from Portadown, 10 miles from Lisburn. It is convenient to both the M1 and M2.

Local Delivery: I can arrange to drop the item off to you in person for a small fee if you are in Belfast, Co Antrim, Co Armagh, Co Down or nearby surrounding areas. Please contact me first with your location details first before bidding. Payment must be by cash on drop off.

Packaging: I personally pack all items for despatch. I also recycle packaging material where possible.
