Payment
We accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfers. Your order is not processed until cleared funds are confirmed in our bank account. This typically takes 1-2 business days. All orders require payment in full before a job can commence.

Customise
Once payment has been cleared, using our website you will be able to customise your invitations right down to exacting detail including, font style & colour, custom wording, photo effects and envelope printing. We have also put together suggested wording for you to choose from.

Add Photos & Select Photo Effect if Applicable
During the order process you have the choice to add photos to your invitation (if applicable). It is best to use high resolution photos (300dpi) as this ensures that you get the best quality print from your photos.

Digital proof
We will provide you free design proof that shows you what your order will look like once it's printed. You will be emailed, as soon as new artwork becomes available for viewing. You can comment on the proofs, request changes and, if completely satisfied with the result, approve the artwork and printing will begin.

Shipping
Once you submit your order and have confirmed your digital proofs it normally takes 6-8 business days for us to process your order. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 for all domestic orders. Orders are dispatched via Registered Post and are delivered within 1-5 business days. There are express postage options, this will be $10 extra on the standard post price.
