WARRANTIES:
TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTIES The 30 days Parts Limited Warranty becomes effective
on the date of Invoice from the Seller, and are granted to the initial customer
end user only and is nontransferable. Any claims under these warranties must be
made before the end of the applicable warranty period. In the event 2wayRus
provides a repaired or replacement part, telephonic technical assistance will be
provided. 2wayRus reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new,
used or serviceable reconditioned parts or Systems. The 30 days Parts Limited
Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include
malfunctions or failures resulting from: misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration,
problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product
instructions, depletion of a Consumable, acts of nature, unusual temperatures,
humidity, improper installation or damage caused by repairs attempted where such
repairs were made without the approval of 2wayRus. The Replacement Parts Limited
Warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from the disassembly, or
attempted disassembly of products without the approval of A&O PC Systems.
Return Policy
If 2wayRus accepts returned
merchandise a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) will be charged to the
buyer.
Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
Returns and Refunds will not be honored after 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns are subject to testing by 2wayRus prior to any exchange. Defective
equipment will be covered by applicable warranties.
Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

We use FedEx and USPS for orders from the USA and
Canada, but at your request we ship with any other carrier. We ship worldwide!
For a shipping quote simply email your shipping address.
Most orders are shipped the same day as payment is
received. Arrival time is based on the shipping method you select. You will
receive an email confirmation stating when your order will be shipped and the
tracking number once sent. If you live in the area, you can pick up your order.
