WARRANTY INFORMATION
We have found that over the years, offering a warranty can end up making people very frustrated. So we have opted to make it straight up. Cheap prices and no need to build in more costs for the buyer. Plus we don't frustrate people either. We have a 60 day return policy listed on eBay. Plus we always stand by our products if there is damage or defect. We have very low margins.
Other Sellers build the warranty price into their item price. The buyer always pays for the warranty upfront.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to read the fine print on mattress warranties, the buyer is usually responsible for return shipping, which can be almost as expensive as buying a new mattress. Plus the exclusions for mattress warranties are almost impossible to abide by: ie no stains, no odors, it has not been moved, original online receipt, etc. Their warranties usually do not cover an indentation or sag in the mattress. Over time the only thing that usually happens to memory foam is an indentation or sag. So those warranties don’t really cover anything.
RETURN POLICY
Manufacturing Defect or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, seller will replace your product and seller will pay for shipping charges provided that the buyer: emails pictures of the damage/defect and a picture of the tag on the mattress to the seller with an explanation. After receiving the replacement or refund, the buyer will receive a prepaid shipping label to ship a 20” x 20” section of the damaged/defective product back to seller to send to the manufacturer.
The odor associated with memory foam that has been compressed is not considered a defect. This odor will dissipate over time. Please allow 30 days for odor to dissipate.
Buyer's Remorse: Buyer may return for full refund or exchange
Seller defines buyer's remorse as any other reason other than a defect or damage. Including but not limited to: buyer not liking the firmness or softness of the product they purchased.
• Buyer will be responsible for the all packing, shipping, and freight charges associated with shipping the product back to the seller whether it is a return or exchange. Please make note memory foam mattresses are very heavy, 27lbs-82lbs. Once open the shipping size is the dimensions of the mattress opened. The return shipping charges from Fedex and UPS reflect the weight and dimensions. It is pricey.

Memory Foam Do's and Don'ts
Why does memory foam have an odor when it is new? The "fresh foam smell" odor associated with new memory foam is completely normal. It will dissipate with time and airing. Just like any new foam product- upholstered furniture, vehicles, office furniture, etc. The "new" smell will dissipate with time.
