Rolled or Flat delivery

To help protect these sheets from heavy handed couriers - we roll some parcels, details below.

2mm - up to and including 10 sheets are rolled for delivery, anything more is sent 100% flat.

4mm - We roll 1 sheets for delivery (unless you select flat pack) anything more than 1 sheet is sent 100% flat.

Delivery prices for our Correx quoted are for MAINLAND UK ONLY and Excludes the Highlands and Islands, Northern Island, 

Channel Islands, Isle of man, Isle of Wight.

All our orders are processed Monday - Friday, Excluding Bank Holidays.

We do our utmost to get orders out on the same day they are paid for and we expect 99% of our "next day" deliveries to be made 

within 2 business days from order. 

However with any and all couriers they do sometimes let us down. If you have any queries with a delivery, always feel free to call us

If there is a problem, please contact us immediately via eBay - we always resolve any issues that may arise
We gladly accept returns, as long as the item is un-used and still in original packaging, and condition, with all labels attached.
You have 30 days to cancel or return your purchase.
All returns have to be pre-arranged in writing via EBay.
If the items are received without the original packaging there will be a 20% restocking fee.
On receipt of the item, we will refund you for the value of the item,  excluding the cost of shipping £5 to cover the original postage costs to get the item to you in the first place.

The purchaser is liable for all postage costs for returns
The purchaser will assume all responsibility for the item being returned to us in good condition otherwise a full refund may not be offered.
If the item is damaged and cannot be re-sold as new, a refund will not be issued.
