Other details: Made of 2 layers of soft tousled mesh with a frilly edge. Not itchy :) Looks great under long length Hell Bunny dresses or other dresses with the same length skirt. Elasticated waist. Top section is made of cotton. Adds a dramatic effect to dresses!

International items will be sent via "International Signed-for delivery" which normally takes 5-10 days. Postage can be combined on non-free post items.

RETURNS
