Mr. Beams MB542 is a wireless solution for many of your indoor/outdoor lighting needs. Wireless, battery powered operation means no installation hassles. No electrician is needed. You can install batteries into the unit, mount the light where you need it, and enjoy the safety and security of the unit's 20 lumen LED light. This path light is weatherproof so it can be used for outdoor applications. This light can be used to light up your pathways, hallways, stairs, patios, decks, walkways and so much more.  The unit glows automatically when darkness is detected to show you its location in the dark (Glow Mode). When motion is detected, the unit emits a bright light to illuminate your path (Bright Mode). The built in motion sensor can detect movement up to 12 feet away and across an angle of 180 degrees. The unit can also be turned on using the included remote control. The auto shut-off feature returns the light to glow mode after 20 seconds or 5 minutes of no motion being detected by the sensor (depending on the auto-shut-off mode setting). This prevents battery drain and allows the batteries to last more than 1 year with normal use. Unit requires 3C batteries which are not included.
