By purchasing our products you are accepting our Return policy and terms and conditions of the sale.

All paid orders are dispatched on the same day if the order is received by 2pm and Next Day if ordered after 2pm. You will receive a notification e-mail as soon as we dispatch your order.
  Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will be processed during the next working day.

We only ship to the address on Paypal.

If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances. If you have asked for a change in address please contact us as we will hold your item due to Ebay regulations only  allowing us to send to the registered PayPal address.

 
• UK Orders

All orders are posted by First Class Royal Mail. Please allow 2-3 working days for guaranteed delivery (excluding weekend and bank holidays).

 
• Europe Orders

All orders are posted by First Class Airmail at a flat rate of £2.89 and £0.99 for each additional item.
  Europe delivery is usually within 4-6 working days.

 
• Rest of World Air Mail

All orders are posted by Airmail at a flat rate of £3.99 and £0.99 for each additional item.
  Delivery is within 7- 20 working days.
 
   

 
• Delivery Delays

If you have not received your items notify us and please allow 10 working days for UK and 20 working days for Europe from the original shipping date to track, locate an d deliver your order.  This is in accordance to the Royal Mail policy that an item is not deemed lost in the post until this period is up; very little can be done prior to this time frame.

Should you decide your tights just won’t work with a particular outfit, simply return the unopened package within 14 days of receipt.
  Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange product that have been worn for health and hygiene reasons.

  Should your tights for some reason be faulty, we are happy to either exchange your goods or refund your money. We understand that to discover a defect in your tights it was necessary to open the packaging and in this instance the restriction on returning opened packages is null and void.
  However, ladders and/or snags incurred when putting your tight on for the first time are not a product fault. If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately.
 
  Please ensure that your order is returned with a note including name and item number reference.
 
  This guarantee does not affect your statutory right.
 
  Please note that the postage cost of a return delivery is not refunded other than in the case of a defect or an error on the part of YourLingerieLand.
