Using a flexible measuring tape, measure just above (towards elbow) the wrist bone, then add 1/4" to 1 " (1/2" is average) depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. That is the size bracelet you would wear
For Bangles
Using a measuring tape to measure your hand squeeze your hand together TIGHT
Measure the widest part of the hand The average size is about 7" - 8.0"
Finally, when you think you know your size, take a piece of cardboard or a plastic lid
To check, cut a round circle on a piece of cardboard and put your hand through it
This will give you a better idea how it will fit
