Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 30 DAYS of dispatch date, please contact us through eBay communications so we know to expect the return. Postage costs for faulty items will be refunded to the buyer on receipt of the goods and only if buyer sends item back by MyHermes (non signature) at MyHermes.co.uk which will cost £4.20. Buyers can return faulty goods by other means if they wish but will only be refunded up to the value of £4.20. Please note that sizing and fitting is not classed as a fault.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packaging and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs is to be paid for by the buyer. Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded.

Overseas Purchases
*Please Note* All return postage costs must be paid for by the buyer. Unfortunately we do not accept overseas exchanges unless the buyer returns the item at their cost and pays for the item to be re-sent back to them.
