Delivery
This item will be despatched via our courier on a next working day signed for service.

Returns
Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return your purchase by calling us on 0800 9172651 or by email on info@allpacksolutions.co.uk. Please ensure you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning your item as we cannot accept liability for returned goods we do not receive. Please allow 2-3 working days for your package to reach us. We aim to attend to all returns within 24 hours.
On receipt of the goods we will issue a credit, exchange or refund to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition. We are able to arrange collection of your purchase for return to us by our courier. Please contact us if you require this service to organise and make payment for the collection. Please note that we are not liable for any costs incurred when returning your purchase.
