Condition
Unless stated as new, all of my items are vintage & pre-owned. I always do my best to describe and/or photograph all noticeable flaws. Please study all photos (if there are more than 6 photos, use the scroll bar to see them) and please ask questions before bidding.
Payment
Please remember, your bid is a binding, legal contract between the buyer and seller and it is the buyer’s responsibility to follow through with payment within 2 days of auction end unless other arrangements are made. If you need longer than 2 days, please email me to arrange this and I would be glad to work something out with you. Measurements
We include detailed measurements, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to assess whether the article will fit. Please do not go by the marked size alone as some used items may have been taken in or let out and all designers have different ways of sizing. All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and doubled where appropriate. Measurements are of the clothing and are not your measurements. If you are not sure whether this item will fit, please measure an item that fits you and compare the measurements.

Color
One person’s "gold" may be another person’s "yellow" so don’t rely on the words alone – please ask specific questions, and study the photographs. Also, the photo does not always reflect the exact color of the item. The color you see depends on the camera, the lighting and your computer monitor. I will always try and describe the color accurately if I think the photos do not reflect actual color.
Return Terms
All sales are final unless condition is significantly different from what was stated/shown. We do our best to describe all flaws but if we have missed something obvious, please email within 24 hours of receipt of item with intent to return. A refund will be sent to you via PayPal the day the item is received back.
Please note: shipping costs are usually not refundable unless we have made a very noticeable omission on the condition of the item. The item MUST be returned in the same condition it left here in.
