Our extensive range of handmade cupcakes are finely detailed miniature works of art. Each and every design is carefully planned and thought out to compliment the range and introduce exotic fruits and tasty new combinations to make your dolls house unique. Each of the cupcakes is finished with a coloured paper cup.

We have over 24 cupcakes in our range, some have handmade air dried clay fruit slices, some use our fimo fruit slices to help us achieve the perfect look.

All of our handmade dolls house miniature products, digital print, hand made jewellery and many of our nail art products are designed and made by us in the UK or specifically for us by crafts men and women around the world.

We do not buy any of these from catalogues, shops or wholesalers unlike most people and competitors in our industry.  Many of our products can only be bought from us or an authorised retailer. 

Please do not be fooled by thousands of copies of our products which are never as good and are not covered by the same quality guarantees.  Even our wording and photographic style are copied!  On EBay we only sell under the name Dollshousesuppliers - please check before buying.

Our main trading company is a recognised brand and our products are stocked and sold all over the world and we are recognised as being an innovative and original company that provides high quality affordable products.  Our handmade jewellery is regularly worn by celebrities and many of our nail products have been used on high profile people.

Items will be shipped within the time indicated on each listing although we always try

We only post Monday to Friday.
We ALWAYS reduce postage for multiple items

Items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class to the UK customers
      unless you specifically request an alternative postal carrier
Items are Shipped Royal Mail Airmail for International Destinations
UK Buyers who require recorded delivery will be charged the current Royal Mail Fee.
International Customers who require tracking will be charged the current Royal Mail
      Fee for the International Signed For Service.

returns policy

If an item is damaged in the post, please retain the original packaging as Royal Mail normally ask for
      this during the process of making a claim.
Please do not just send returns back. Telephone or Email us first for instructions and always make
      sure you add information to the return to clearly identify yourselves.
We will refund or replace the item, as per your request.
We accept returns up to 14 days after you have received the goods.
You must contact us during this14 day period to arrange return
You are responsible for all return postage and packaging costs

We are owned and operated by a UK based Limited Company from a large warehouse in Northampton and are VAT registered. We do not operate from a house or garage, or resell other peoples products unlike many of our competitors.

  • postal times

    We work very hard to make and deliver quality dolls house miniature products to you in a speedy, well packaged and professional way.

    Whilst we post orders out on time the postal carriers we use do not always manage to deliver as speedily.

    Please allow extra time for delivery, check your local post office to see if they have attempted delivery and are holding your parcel.


  • Postage Costs

    Postal charges are based on an item weight and destination address. It is always cheaper to post multiple items to the same address in one order and we will reflect this in your postal price.

    If you check out before we have the opportunity to combine your items and reduce your postage we will automatically refund any excess postage you have paid when we pick and pack your order.

  • Feedback

    Please DO NOT leave negative feedback without first contacting us to give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

    Most of the issues relate to issues outside our control such as slow postal times, items damaged in the post and customers buying our products expecting to receive a full sized, real life item. We will work with you to help sort these problems out.
