We like to receive payment within 7 days of purchase. If you have any problem making payment please let us know. Alternative arrangements can be made.

UK: PayPal, Cheque or Standing Orders.

OVERSEAS: PayPal Only.

POSTAGE/SHIPPING

You pay, we send. All our mail is collected daily by Royal Mail, Monday to Friday. UK destinations are sent by 2nd Class Mail, overseas mail is sent Airmail Small Packets. Postage and Shipping costs are quoted in all our listings. Combined postage is always offered for multiple purchases where possible however, this is calculated by weight and necessary insurance.

Any item can be collected by mutual arrangement to save you postage costs. With cheques for large amounts we will not post goods for 7 days. A certificate of post is obtained for everything so if there are any delays, please let us know.

RETURNS

Please contact us before returning goods. We want you to be happy with your purchase, offering a no quibble returns policy with every effort made to resolve any problem that may arise. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in original packaging complete with tags where supplied. Please ensure your details accompany the return/exchange including your eBay user ID. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
