Items addressed in 2009 survey have been addressed, the boat is ready to enjoy.  She was designed and built for a retired naval captain who liked to solo sail from his home in Brooklin Maine to the Carribean.  The rig is sturdy with twin back stays, fore/aft lower shrouds upper shrouds, fixed inner fore stay at the stem and fore stay at the bowsprit.  Oak ribs and floors allow one to careen the boat to clean the hull safely. Six large cockpit lockers, twin hanging lockers, extensive galley lockers and drawers provide more secure storage than most 36' boats.  Well insulated ice box holds ice 5 days [was cooled by an engine driven compressor/ Sailorboy cold plate icebox/freezer unit that I did  not use].  Sleeps 3 in port sette/berth with lee cloth and narrow double stb that extends to the folded table atop the centerboard.  Glassed in centerboard box includes new pivot pin, does not rise above the floorboards. Two burner Kerosun kerosene stove with electric pulse pump and intake fan permit smoke free cooking or use as a cabin heater on cool nights.  3 opening bronze ports, five fixed ports, and thick Lexan skylights provide excellent ventilation and a light airy feel.  Sunbrella closed foam  cockpit cushions, mainsail cover and dodger are all in very good condition.    Cabin cushions very high quality 4" closed foam upholstery include vinyl bottoms.
