Three and four point editing
Inserting video clips into the timeline precisely using the three and four-point editing features is easy. You can define start and end positions by placing in and out points in the video monitor and timeline. You can also fill any gaps precisely with or without timestretching the original clip. Any cut markers that aren't set will be calculated automatically which reduces the need for extra editing.

Multicam editing
■ MultiCam mode allows image control in realtime on up to nine tracks depending on system performance, making it ideal for demanding video productions. Perspectives can be changed in the preview monitor with a simple click, and all edits are clearly organized and marked.

■ By analyzing the audio material MultiCam recordings can be automatically synchronized and added before editing.

Advanced search for gaps
MAGIX Video Pro X6 features a special tool that searches for any unwanted black areas between clips. Simply start a search and the program will list all gaps in the arrangement. These can then be individually selected and edited if necessary.

Time stretching
In MAGIX Video Pro X6, you can change the length of your video and audio objects simply by stretching and squashing the object in the timeline. Audio objects maintain their original pitch.

Image stabilizer
■ The built-in image stabilization tool reduces undesired picture movements and shaking. Stabilization works by counteracting inadvertent movements, i.e. by moving the image in the opposite direction. Any gaps created at the edge of the image are subsequently hidden using the automatic zoom feature. The result: a clearly more stable, almost imperceptibly larger picture.
