You may be asking yourself why buy these. I already have 400, 500, 600, 800 watt heaters and yours are so low. Chances are your heaters are made in China and the wattage is not the ACTUAL wattage from the heaters. But lets say they are the correct wattage, the main problem is heating area and the use of IR and radiation. Most heaters will do the job of heating, BUT will that heating be even, consistent and a balance of IR and radiation, that is something you need to ask yourself.  

We sell the highest quality IR heaters designed specially for rework machines, with 2 ceramic connectors. These are German made and offer even heating distribution. We challenge you to find a better made heater than these, we all know Germans make great things. 

These heaters are half the size than most ceramic heaters so they are solid core. They are not hollow heaters therefore breakage during shipping is almost impossible. There are no returns on this item due to the extraordinary quality. They will be exchanged if they arrive broken. 

For most machines you will need 4 bottom plates and a top plate. Please verify this before purchasing. These are most of the time a direct OEM replacement. Profiles may need to be adjusted as these plates heat up faster and more evenly, in some cases profiles can remain the same. 

If you have a smaller preheater on your machine such as with the Jovy or IR6000 you can modify your machine AT YOUR OWN RISK or have us modify it for you in this listing to accommodate these plates. This will allow you to work on larger boards without warpage or flex.
