Shipping Details:

 

1. Item will be dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of full payment.
2. We only ship to confirmed PayPal address. Your PayPal address must match your eBay shipping address. We do not ship to the third country.
3. You should get your items within 10-15 days for US customers, and from our past experiences, it may go up to 30 days for far and remote areas, or at some festivals.
4. For special countries, such as Russian, South American countries, it will take about 45 working days to arrive.
5. It is out of our control for delivery time and lost or damage of any items in transit. The delivery time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery times may vary,particularly during peak periods. And sometimes take a little longer, due to dispatchdelay or other reasons, please allow sufficient time for delivery and only contact us if you have not received an item after 20 business days.
6. We offer Express services for certain items, please contact us if you need express services, so that we can add extra fee for this service.
7. Please be advised that international shipping usually take longer than domestic, as it's based on shipping service provider and customs.
8. We promise that we will ship your items within 24 business hours upon receipt of payment. For estimated shipping time to different countries, pls check below tables.
9. If package weight is over 2KG, we will ship using express shipping.

Return and Warranty:

 

1. We accept item returns only if it is not exactly as described in the listing or product is covered by manufacture warranty.
2. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items if item is not as described.
3. Please email us first to issue returns authorisation.
4. Returned items must be in acceptable condition and without physical damage, except damaged in transit.
5. The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be issued.
6. If the replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.
7. If a non-defective item is returned for refund, item must be returned in its original condition and packing.

Store Policy:

5. Import taxes may be charged by somecountries' Customs, such as import duty, value added tax, customs clearancefees etc. We have no control over what the tax authorities would charge and the buyers are responsible for paying the taxes.
