his is a professional PIR motion sensor switch which enables a connected light to switch on automatically when motion is detected within the set range. This unit is IP44 Rated so it can be used outdoors, however if direct rain or water falls then this unit will fail as IP44 means Splashes of water so if you live in are where there is lot of rain this is not suitable unless you put under roof or some sort of cover on top or install in a position where no water or rain will fall onto it.
