We accept paypal only. Payment needs to be made within 3 days of purchase.

We have done our best to describe the item as well as possible. You are buying what you see. In case you need to know anything else about our items, please feel free to contact us, you query will be dealt with within a few hours!

Returns Policy

·      Item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt. Items must be packed same as received. Items will not be accepted if the tags have been removed, or they are in any way worn, washed, damaged or any condition that they cannot be resold again.

·      On the returned items, the cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers. Please note some of our items have free postage, in reality the postage does cost, so in case of return, postage cost in non refundable, which will be deducted from refund amount. 

·      We cannot refund any item that has not reached us. For this reason we advise you to send it RECORDED.

If we have sent the wrong item or size (very rare), we will refund your postage cost as soon we receive it, we prefer customers to send us back through recorded delivery. Please note we check and pack each item individually before dispatch ourselves.

·      If You have ordered and received an item, realize you have ordered wrong size, Please send us the unworn item with tags still on and we will exchange it for you depending on (stock availability), its buyer responsibility to determine and incur any extra cost, including postage or taxes if delivered outside UK. 

Please also note that lingerie/underwear items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
