Contact us with the specific reason for return to be given an RMA number and a Return shipping label. If defective after our 14 day Satisfaction Guaranteed period contact the manufacturer directly. Once a return service label is issued customer has 7 days to ship the product. Product must be in factory sealed never opened resalable condition to qualify for a full refund. All returns for refund will incur a 20% restocking fee (including defective items that are damaged and DOA items). Due to limited quantity we can only offer refunds, we can NOT offer replacement phones.
International Customers:
Factory_Outlet does not pay any postage (to and from, taxes, duties and brokerage fees) on international returns and exchanges. All transportation costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
