"The Grandfather of the Modern ATV"

I bought this ride from a gentleman in Atlantic County New Jersey in December 2011 as a project for myself and my kids. And a project it was, tons of fun and some great riding! We did not baby this thing, it kept up with and even passed some of the big dogs here in NW NJ! It runs like a champ, I'd love to keep it in the collection but my oldest wants a more modern, sportier ride. My loss is your gain if you're are a fan of the vintage ATV's that shaped this sport!

Some key items are discontinued by Suzuki due to the age of the ATV. The biggest being the choke cable. We have worked around most of the discontinued items in the most professional ways possible. We pride ourselves in preserving anything classic. A lot of cosmetics are obviously no longer available but this machine looks like it should have just around the time when the "General Lee" was the coolest ride on Earth, and that is the nickname we gave it!  

The list of new parts is extensive. Front wheel cylinders, front brake lever and master (included is the original front brake lever and master), four new tires with valve stems, rebuild kit in the carburetor, air filter, all new fuel and vent lines. Too much to list. There are some minor cracks and damage on the plastics but they are in exceptional shape for 30+ years old (I was 14 when this thing was born). The tires I replaced were the factory originals and the current odometer reading is 1841 (I assume it is accurate). Included is the factory service manual and the original accessory racks, front and rear. The bolts to mount the rear rack to the foot pegs are both broken off and will need to be removed to mount the rack.  The rest of the required hardware for the racks is included. We want the buyer to have everything associated with this machine at the point of sale.

We can deliver this at no charge within a 60 mile radius of zip code 07419 (except Manhattan, the Bronx and all of Long Island. We are way too busy to deliver to these areas). Again, it pains us to give it up so please do your research before bidding. We do not have the original title but we can furnish you with a properly prepared bill of sale that we will stand behind. We are selling this machine with peace and love!
