We accept returns, but ask that: A returns request is raised through eBay as soon as possible; Items are unused and in original condition; All labels and tags are still attached to items sold as ‘brand new with tags’; Any item supplied in a box or other special packaging is returned in the same; Items are packaged carefully and returned at the buyer’s expense (we advise the use of a tracked or signed for service as we do not issue refunds for items lost in the post on their return - but you should be able to claim compensation for the loss from the courier). All returns are inspected. Refunds will be issued promptly on receipt of items returned in accordance with these conditions.
EXCHANGES:
We are sorry, but unfortunately, due to the limitations eBay's new returns system, we are no longer able to process exchanges (i.e. for a different size). You will need to return the unwanted item for a refund, and order a replacement in a different size as a completely separate transaction. We appreciate that this is not ideal, but hopefully it will be addressed by eBay shortly.
COMBINED POSTAGE:
If you wish to purchase more than one item, and the shipping service you require is not free, we are happy to offer combined shipping discounts.
