Seiko and Pulsar movement numbers are included in the first 4-5 characters before the dash(-) in the case number located on the watch caseback.  See box in image for example of "5M42."  Please contact us if you have any questions before your purchase.



Installation Guide - These are general instructions and may differ according to model.  Please have a qualified watchmaker handle the installation if you are unsure of this process.
  1. Warning: DO NOT use a battery tester/voltmeter on these capacitors, as this may affect the ability of the capacitor to hold a charge.
  2. Open caseback
  3. Note position of capacitor and remove spent capacitor, noting position of capacitor electrical contacts
  4. Insert new capacitor in same orientation as spent capacitor
  5. Ensure that caseback gasket is properly seated and lubricated and replace caseback
  6. For Kinetic, rotate watch rotor approximately 400 times or wear watch until the second hand(or charge indicating hand) no longer double skips and watch operates normally
  7. For Solar, place watch in strong sunlight or wear watch in sunlight until the second hand(or charge indicating hand) no longer double skips and watch operates normally
  8. If you watch does not operate normally, double check the capacitor installation, charging method and duration, or visit your local watchmaker for movement inspection
