14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you would like to return your item, contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions. Once you receive your RMA label, we ask that you send the item within 7 days. We provide free return shipping domestically, but a 20% restocking fee may apply to purchases.

Cancellations: Due to an automated shipping system, we may not be able to accommodate order cancellations requests. Orders that ship out will have to be processed as a return.

Domestic Customers:
All items come with a 14 day Satisfaction Guarantee. Our 14 day Satisfaction Guaranteed period commences on the delivery date as reported by the shipping carrier. Contact us with the specific reason for return to be given an RMA number and a Return shipping label. If defective after our 14 day Satisfaction Guaranteed period contact the manufacturer directly. Once a return service label is issued customer has 7 days to ship the product. Product must be in factory sealed never opened resalable condition to qualify for a full refund. All returns for refund will incur a 20% restocking fee (including defective items that are damaged and DOA items). Due to limited quantity we can only offer refunds, we can NOT offer replacement phones.
International Customers:
Factory_Outlet does not pay any postage (to and from, taxes, duties and brokerage fees) on international returns and exchanges. All transportation costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

Special Exceptions:
The following products are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
Any product not purchased from Factory_Outlet
Any products with missing, damaged or altered serial numbers.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included.
Any product that has been serviced without our express permission.
Any product that has had the battery replaced or has been taken apart.
Any product that has been damaged. 

Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
