We accept PayPal and most of credit/debit cards through PayPal this is safe and fast for both Buyer and Seller. In case of using Paypal e-cheque your purchase will be reserved until we get a cleared payment.

All of the orders will be dispatched the same day or within 12-24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. The only exceptions to this are Bank Holidays and Weekends.

Most of the items we send via Royal Mail “signed for” delivery service and it may take for delivery up to 2-3 working days after we got a cleared payment. Some heavy items we send via myHermes delivery service will usually arrive within 4-5 working days.

We have a customer 100% satisfaction policy and if you're not happy with your selection, you can simply return the item and get a refund or exchange to another one.

We always resolve problems and offer 14 days any reason refund if required.

- Return is subject to the goods being returned in same condition, in which they were dispatched, all tags intact. Items must not have been previously worn or washed.
- The costs of P&P are at the expense of buyer and are not refundable. There is only exception in case of manufacturer defect found on the item.
- Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type within 5-7 days of the date shown on the dispatch note and only after we got an item.
- In case of item exchange please contact us via eBay messaging service before you send it back to us. We may need to reserve a replacement for you at our stock.
