What Terms

We only accept payment by PAYPAL.

Delivery Information

All orders received by us Monday to Friday are processed within 24 hours. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.


We use Royal Mails Standard UK Services or Hermes Courier Services depending on the item. The eBay listing will confirm the method of delivery. We aim to post all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.


The Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class post in 1-2 working days. Unfortunately once Royal Mail collects an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within 7 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you.


Hermes Courier Services aim to deliver to your door within 2-4 working days. If we are unable to deliver your parcel, the courier will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date. The Hermes courier will attempt to deliver the parcel three times usually on consecutive days. In some cases, the courier may leave a contact number so you can get in touch to arrange a time convenient for you. After three delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. We will provide you with a 16 digit number which can be used at https://www.myhermes.co.uk/ to track your parcel.


If you require an item to arrive with you quickly we would recommend that you choose the guaranteed next working day delivery service with Royal Mail which guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day, but please ensure you place your order before 10am for same day dispatch and that you are available the next working day to sign for your delivery (please note our next day couriers do not work Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). If you order an item using next day delivery after 10am, your item will be despatched the following working day and therefore be delivered the next working day after that.


We only ship to countries which are visible in the individual item listings. If you do not see the specific country in the list then we do not deliver that item to that country. However we will consider posting outside the UK but please email us first to confirm postage costs.

Returns Policy

                       

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with 

your products for any reason, you can return them to us within 14 days from receipt.


We offer a no quibble returns policy.


Please go to the item in your eBay and use the "Return an Item" button to let us know you intend to return and item. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A CASE IN THE RESOLUTION CENTRE. 


Items returned will be refunded to your PayPal account with 2 working days of receipt. Postage costs are refunded in full for faulty returns only. 


Guidelines:

> If you need to return your products please do remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while you have them.

> You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in store. Keep and include the original packaging with your return otherwise a full refund will not be processed.

> Please ensure returns are properly packaged and therefore cannot be damaged in transit.

> When trying on shoes, please do so only inside to avoid getting any marks on them.

> Please remember returns are the responsibility of the customer so you must retain proof of posting like a post office receipt. We recommend items are returned via traceable means like recorded delivery. Please keep your postage receipt safe until; your refund or exchange has been confirmed.


Faulty Returns: If you receive a faulty item please email us via eBay with details of the fault and request either an exchange or a full refund. Postage costs will be refunded in full for faulty returns.

Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for a different size or colour. Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order to confirm stock availability. Postage will need to be paid for the return but we cover the cost of sending out the exchange item.

ORDERS

Is it safe to order online? Yes. All orders are placed through PayPal which is a safe and secure payment method.

Can I make changes to my order? Yes but please email us immediately after payment has been made so we can change your order before it is sent out.

Can I cancel my order? Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on "How to Return". However, under some circumstances if you email us immediately after payment has been made we can prevent your purchase being sent out and process the cancellation for you.

I have received a faulty item? Sometimes items can get damaged in the post or sent in error and we apologise for this. Please return the item to us following the Returns Policy Please put a note in the parcel for the reason for return. This will be reviewed once received and a full refund will be given including return postage costs if you do not want an exchange.

DELIVERIES

Where do you deliver to? We currently deliver to the UK to include Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

How long will delivery take? We will dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment. We post out most items by first class post using. Royal Mail estimate that 1st class will take 1-2 days.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address? Yes. This can be a work address or another residential address. Make sure you have this set as your primary PayPal address when ordering.

What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered? Royal Mail will provide you with details on how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can pick your parcel up from. The courier company, Hermes, may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel and the date when they will be back to re-deliver.

What if my parcel does not arrive? Your item will be sent out within 24 hours of placing your order and you should receive it within 3 working days of dispatch. If you still have not received your item within 7 days please contact our customer service team via the Contact us tab or direct by email and we can investigate further.

RETURNS

How long do I have to return items? You are able to return items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.

How do I return an item? Use the returns label included within your parcel and we ask that you follow the steps below:

  1. Repack the item in its original packaging.
  2. Over-sticker your address label with the returns address label.
  3. Add a note inside with the reasons for return. e.g. unsuitable, small fit etc.
  4. Return the package using the Post Office counters and obtain a certificate of posting.
  5. Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.


How long does it take to process the return? We aim to refund you as quickly as possible after receiving the return. Normally within 48 hours.
