We accept Paypal and Australian Bank Deposit only.
Please make a payment within 7 days after receiving our invoice. If more time is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us to make further arrangements! YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!
We cannot guarantee availability of the item if the payment is not received within 7 days of auction's end.
We make every effort to ship the product as described in the listing to you, but we reserve the right to offer equivalent replacement or money refund, if the item is sold out in our local store before the payment received.
Note: For buyer who plans on paying by eCheque, we will only ship the item out after the eCheque payment is clear. This process will take approximately 3 - 5 business days.
Shipping & Handling Policy
No APO and PO Boxes address delivery.
Once payment is received, item will be generally shipped within 48hrs of purchase. If there is a delay of more than a few days we will let you know.
A tracking number will be provided / added to the eBay transaction made.
Any item not delivered due to a wrong mailing address will be charged the full shipping price again. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you plan on Combining Shipping multiple items please contact us via eBay message.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Return Policy
We will gladly exchange an item if a manufacturing defect is found upon receipt or if it is damaged during shipping (insurance required).
It must be notified of the defect or problem within 3 days of receipts of the product.
Returned items MUST BE UNUSED with all original packaging as received, accessories and containers.
All unused products can be returned within 7 days from the receipt date minus shipping cost (shipping charges are not refundable). Returned shipping costs are fully borne by buyer.
