Postage/Delivery
Postage is via 1st class Recorded Mail to ensure quick
and safe delivery. Good are dispatched next working day after cleared payment
received into my PayPal account. Your items usually arrive within 3-4 working
days from the date of posting (I always mark items as “sent” on the day of
dispatch). It’s in my interest to get the item you ordered delivered to you as
soon as possible however my powers are limited to making sure it is passed to
Royal Mail as promised – the next working day. Please bear this in mind and contact
me first before leaving neutral or negative feedback if your item is delayed. In
the unfortunate event of your item getting lost or damaged in the post, I will
deal with Royal Mail claims and provide a full refund to you. However in this
case I will need your cooperation to respond to Royal Mail request to confirm
