POLICIES

Hours of Operation:

We are available M-F 8am-5pm CST and respond to all inquiries during these hours.
If you contact us on the weekend or any federal holidays we will respond to you on the next business day.
We respond to all messages and phone calls within 1 business day.

Shipping & Discounts:

We charge a surcharge of $20 for all shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates & APO/FPO addresses.
We'll get your order to you quickly and safely. We are happy to combine shipping when possible.
We require a signature upon delivery for any order exceeding $50.

If an item qualifies for our promotional shipping discount (Free shipping on orders above $18), it is subject to limitations.
The rule applies only to domestic shipments when two or more qualifying items are purchased where their subtotal is above $18.

If an item is returned as unclaimed/undeliverable as addressed a refund will be issued minus original shipping cost.

Payment:

Please pay for your item within 3 days. We accept PayPal only.

Returns and Refunds:
If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly work things out with you.

International Buyers:

         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. 

These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

         Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

    These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.

Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

        We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" -

US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

         We do not ship to Germany, Spain or Russian Federation due to problems we've had with customs.
