Domestic deliveries are sent by Royal Mail First Class post and we expect them to be delivered between 3 to 4 working days after despatch. Expedited deliveries are sent by Interlink Express and will be delivered the next working day after despatch. A signature will be required for these items so please make sure someone is available.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Services via eBay or by telephone on +44(0)1708 859750 stating the items you wish to return, name and contact details, within 7 days. Please also state the agent you purchased the items from. Goods returned must be the exact items purchased as well as being in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly: for instance condoms, medicines or foods. We recommend using Recorded Delivery when returning products. Your statutory rights will not be affected. If we are in error we will refund the delivery charges.
