We send all of our parcels via services which are trackable and require a signature. If you require your item to be sent to an alternative address, please message us at the time of order.

We use a modern selling platform but a traditional returns policy. You have 14 days from the receipt of any order to return to it if your not 100% happy! All returns must be sent back on a trackable service complete with your eBay user ID and the item number you are returning. Returns will be processed and checked and can take up to 4 days to be resolved.

Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase - if it is the wrong size, colour or you've just changed your mind, it is no problem at all! We will refund your money or exchange it for a different size or colour. Return postage will be at your own expense.

We make sure that all of our items are free from faults before dispatch, however should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty item or your item becomes faulty within 14 days after receipt of item we will gladly take it back and provide you with either a refund or an exchange. We will refund any postage you pay to get the item back to us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any pierced items or underwear due to hygiene, unless they are faulty.
