Shipping, Returns, Lost or delayed.

Shipping usually takes between 7-20 days after we have shipped your item. If your shipment is lost or delayed, please contact us before opening a case or leaving a negative feedback. Returns are available within 14 days after you have received your package. Returns must be received back to us in original packaging and in the same condition that you received them in. Please contact us if you have any questions about returns. If your package is lost or delay, please contact us and we'll do our best to investigate your shipment.
