The Swissvoice ePure handset comes with equipped with a 3.5mm jack for connecting to your mobile device. "Made for iPhone" Switch

The Swissvoice ePure CH05 also includes "Made for iPhone" functionality. By flicking a switch on the handset, you'll be able to choose between the standard mode and iPhone mode, which enables you to control a number of features directly from the handset. Turn voice on/off and adjust the volume of your iPhone by using the integrated buttons, or activate Siri voice control -- all without ever having to touch your iPhone.

Ergonomic Design

Swissvoice implements a variety of technologies to increase user comfort and overall experience. The ergonomic design of the ePure allows the user to comfortably hold the handset between the hand and the ear. The positioning of the handset on the body can also reduce back pain normally associated with trying to hold small and slim handsets using the shoulder. The shape of the handset is a perfect match to the human ear, improving the overall sound quality and reducing acoustic leakage.

FullEco Technology

The Swissvoice ePure corded handset has been constructed with FullEco technology, which has ensured that the handset itself emits no radio emissions that can be absorbed by the head and brain. This FullEco technology allows ePure mobile accessories to reduce the amount of electromagnetic waves absorbed by the human body.

By using this corded handset, it also means that you can position your mobile device further away from your head than you could during a normal mobile call. There is evidence that emissions absorbed by the brain reduce by 400 percent when the distance between the body and the mobile phone increases. By using a handset equipped with FullEco technology, Swissvoice can drastically lower the body's exposure to electromagnetic emissions without sacrificing mobile functionality.

HD Voice

Returns

Returns  

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.   

Refunds  

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.   

Shipping  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, IF you have changed your mind. Delivery


The majority of orders are posted within 48hrs of payment received (Mon-Fri)

We do not dispatch on weekends, Friday orders will usually ship out on Monday the following week.

We use couriers and Royal mail for UK deliveries, International orders are shipped by Airmail. 

Delivery ETA: 

Standard mail - 3-4 working days 

Royal mail 1st class / Recorded - 1-2 Working days

Europe - 3-4 Working days

Rest of world - 7-10 Working days

Need quicker delivery? – Then upgrade your delivery by selecting ‘Express Delivery’ as part of the checkout process. Orders received by 2pm will be delivered next working day in the UK.

If you are based in the UK we will deliver your order to you by either Royal Mail or one of our partner couriers. 

We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provide by the carrier (Royal Mail or Courier) Excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary according to the package origin and destination, particularly during peak times.
