I Charge A Handing Fee For Every Listing.  This Handling Fee Is Used To Replenish The Cost Of Supplies (Like Tape, Mailing Labels, Boxes, Etc.) I Use To Ship.  It Is Also Used To Counter The eBay & PayPal Fees That Are Charged.

DVD/Video/Hotwheels Cars/Small Action Figures (3.75 Inch Or Smaller): $1 For The First Purchase, $.50 For Each Additional Purchase

The Handling Charge Will Be Cut In Half On Every Order That Qualifies For Free Shipping.  Example: If A Buyer Purchases Eight Action Figures, The Normal Handling Charge Of $10 Will Be Reduced To $5.

I Will Combine Shipping For Most Purchases.  Large Items (Like Wrestling Rings) Can Not Be Combined Because Of The Size Of These Items.  Items That Can Not Be Combined Will Be Identified In The Item Description Of Those Particular Listings.

The Only Transactions I Will Perform Outside Of eBay Are Those That Are Done In Person, In My Store (Or If I Am On Location At A Show Or Autograph Signing), Or From My Store Website (See Photos For Website Address).  I Will Not Barter With An eBay Customer For A Transaction In Which eBay Will Not Be Used.  I Advertise In Facebook Groups For The Sole Purpose Of Letting People Know Where My Items Can Be Found.  Conducting Business Outside Of eBay Violates Policy And I Will Not Engage In Activity That Jeopardizes My Standing In The eBay Community.

RETURNS

If An Item You Receive Does Not Meet Your Expectations, There Are Two Options:  1. You Are Welcome To Return The Item By Using The eBay Return Feature, And, 2. You Can Keep The Item While We Negotiate A Partial Refund.  The Buyer Is Responsible For Shipping Costs If The Item Is To Be Returned.  Items MUST Be Returned In The Same Condition As They Were Received (In Other Words, DO NOT Attempt To Repair The Item Prior To Requesting A Refund).  Submit Photographs Of The Item(s) That Are To Be Returned.  By Doing This, You Are Protecting Yourself Against Damage During Shipment Of The Returned Item As Items That Are In A Different Condition Than That Shown In The Photos Taken By The Buyer Will Be Returned To The Buyer And No Refund Will Be Given Unless Obvious Damage (Damaged Shipping Box) During Shipping Has Occurred.  It Is The Buyer’s Responsibility To Ensure That Items Are Returned In A Timely Manner And That Returned Items Are Packaged Properly So As To Avoid Damage During Return Shipment.  It Is My Responsibility To Issue A Refund Immediately Upon Receiving A Properly Returned Item.
