 Shipping

• All orders to be processed  within two business days,  provided that the payment is  cleared. Same day shipping  is possible but you will  need to pay extra. We ship  to PayPal confirmed  addresses only. Shipping  options available  UPS/USPS/Fedex etc as our  shipping carrier. 

• For USA customers, we ship via UPS/Fedex ground which takes 2~5 business  days to arrive most USA  addresses depending which  state you are located. For  expedited shipping, it is an  option when checking out or  contact us for the cost. For  customers in AK, VI, HI, PR  or any addresses outside 48  states, we ship via USPS and  shipping is $35;

• For Canadian customers,  we ship via USPS  Priority/UPS Standard. It  takes 1~6 days to arrive  most addresses in Canada. 

  For International customers, we ship via USPS/UPS by air express  shipping. Shipping time and  shipping cost may vary. You  might need to pay custom tax  when importing goods into  your country, buyers are  responsible for these fees.  Our listing price does not  include any taxes, VAT or  any other hidden charge.  Please contact us should you  have any questions.

• We reserve the right to select which shipping company/carrier will  deliver your product. This  might affect you if you live  in a rural community that  does not accept deliveries  from any specific shipping  company.  Returns
  Making online transaction as easy as possible and  100% customer satisfaction are our goals for all our  customers. We provide repairs or replacement due to  one year warranty ( except final sale or open box  sale, which will be stated in the listing). Please  make sure the unit is in the same condition  as received. Please also make sure all original  paperwork, box, and accessories are intact and with  the unit. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any  non-defect return. The  buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Please contact us to get a RMA# and return  instructions. Any return packages without a RMA#  will be rejected upon delivery.

 In  the very unlikely event you receive a defective  product, we will do whatever it takes to help you  achieve 100% satisfaction. Defective product must be  reported within seven days of receipt.

  A processing fee of 20% will apply to the value of  merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are  applied to the payment method used at the time of  purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned  merchandise. We will only refund the value of the  merchandise returned, not the shipping charges.

  Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during  transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It  is important to save the tracking information and to  properly insure all merchandise being returned to  us.
