All orders priority orders can use combined shipping. In order to use the combined shipping your whole purchase needs to be checked out as one order.

Grading Scale:
This is the scale we use when listing cards. Please read carefully and check the listing title's condition so you know what to expect:
Near Mint (NM)- Cards with this grade will contain no more than two micro blemishes.(A micro blemish is a small almost invisible scratch or ding). NM cards do not have visible signs of play which means no whitening, no fading, no edge wear, no corner or side dings, no creases, no tears, no rips, no small pieces missing, and no inking of the face or borders of the card.
Lightly Played (LP)- Cards with this grade will contain more than two micro blemishes. They may have a dinged corner, mild edge wear or whitening, and they may contain some fading. LP cards do not contain the following types of damage which means: no creases, no tears, no rips, no small pieces missing, and no inking of the face of the card.
Moderately Played (MP)- Cards with this grade will contain some form of the following: dinged corners, edge wear or whitening, fading, small creases or bends that do not extend across the entire card, and they may also be signed by someone. MP cards do not contain the following types of damage which means: no tears and no rips.
Heavily Played (HP)- Cards with this grade will contain some if not multiple of the following: dinged bent or missing corners, heavy edge wear, extreme fading, large creases or bends that can extend across the entire card, and they may also be signed drawn on or colored in. HP cards do not contain the following types of damage which means: no tears and no rips.
Damaged- Cards with this grade have it for a reason. They are usually not play legal for high level events unless they are extra deck cards. Cards with this grade have destroyed or missing corners, heavy edge wear, extreme fading, multiple large creases or bends that can extend across the entire card. They can be signed, drawn on, colored in, ripped, torn, severely water damaged, and missing pieces.
Shipping Information:
We ship Monday through Friday, barring national holidays during which the United States Postal Service is closed. If you purchase a card on Friday or Saturday please bear in mind it will not ship until Monday.
We only offer shipping to the United States:
First Class Mail: FREE for all singles. Orders over $25 receive FREE tracking.
Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation: $7.50: combined shipping is FREE for all additional Singles. You must check out your entire order at one time to receive the free shipping on the additional singles.
Packaging:
All orders ship in soft plastic sleeves inside toploaders inside team bags.
Orders over 20$ are shipped in bubble mailers in addition to the packaging materials stated above.
Return Policy:
You must return items sold and fulfilled by Phantasm Gaming within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Returns which are damaged in the mail due to improper return packaging will receive partial refunds. We do not charge a restocking fee, however we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We will process a full refund for all items returned in their original condition. In order for us to process your full refund you must include the full name associated with the order as well as the eBay order number inside the return packaging. We will not process returns which do not include the buyer's name and order number.
Requirements:
Please return items with the original plastic packaging (sleeve, top loader, and team bag). Failure to do so may result in a partial refund. Also you must inform us of any returns you may wish to process before sending them back. Any items simply send back to us without prior contact will not be eligible for refunds.
Important Notes
Remember that to benefit from our combined shipping on priority orders you must to pay in a single payment. If you place two separate priority orders you will be charged the $7.50 shipping fee for both orders. If you place multiple orders for Priority shipping you will be charged the corresponding shipping costs for each order, even if you place the orders on the same day. We do not refund shipping costs as we tend to package orders throughout the day and may not notice that you would otherwise have qualified for combined shipping.
