Items usually ship UPS or USPS. Depending on the item being shipped and item location. Orders usually ship within one business day. Items will ship out of Tennessee, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Oregon or Michigan (MICHIGAN RESIDENTS WILL BE  CHARGED 6% SALES TAX). Ship from location will be based on availability and ship to location. Pick up is based on availability of item or items in Michigan.  I combine shipping, just let me know what items you order.

RETURNS                                                                                                                                       
Most items can be returned within 14 days.  Buyer must contact us within 14 days for a return.  Only the item cost will be refunded not shipping.  We apologize for this but we do not get reimbursed for shipping.  An item will indicate no return if returns are not allowed.  If an item is broken, damaged or incorrect, customer will be refunded total amount including shipping or the exact same item will reship with no additional fees to customer.  Restocking fee will only be charged if indicated in item description or return section.
 

STOCK
In very rare cases an item may become unavailable after customer orders due to unexpected reason.  Buyer agrees to accept a full refund within two days.  Or if the buyer chooses to they may wait for the item to come back in stock.  If a buyer chooses to wait for item, buyer will receive a 5% discount for any item that has to be put on backorder for customer.  If you wish to verify stock please feel free to contact us.  We will respond quickly.
