Delivery and Packing Options:

- Royal Mail First Class - delivery within 1-3 working days
- Royal Mail Airmail (International only) - delivery within 3-5 working days (Europe) - 7-14 working days (rest of the world)

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or International Customs Procedures.

In case of missing, delayed or damaged in transit item please contact us accordingly. That will enable us to start necessary procedures with Royal Mail (depending on the type of delivery you have chosen). If you have not received your item within 15 working days for UK mainland deliveries and 21 days for international deliveries we will deem your item has been lost. We will then start necessary procedures with the shipping company.

Please note we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost by the shipping company.

Returns

If you wish to return your item for an exchange or a refund, please first contact us immediately within 14 days from receipt your item.

Please do not send items back without prior contact with us. All informed returns must be send back to us by post within 14 days from the date you notify us. Items must be in a sale-able condition, as delivered to you and in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Please allow us up to 7 days from receipt of your item to send your refund.

If your item arrived faulty please contact us as soon as it is possible and we will endeavour to exchange it as quickly as possible. Should a direct exchange not be available, we will refund the value of the item to your paypal account.
