Combined postage is available across our range of items. Before paying on multiple purchases please request an invoice
We aim to dispatch order NEXT WORKING DAY by Royal Mail/Hermes delivery service once the payment has been received. We will provide you with a Certificate of Postage if requested.
Please note that the Postage and Packaging Charges include the cost of the packaging, the cost of delivery of the parcel to the Post Office/Courier and the postal stamp fees.
On rare occasion a parcel may not arrive on time.
UK customers: If your parcel is lost by Royal Mail, that is solely Royal Mail responsibility. If a parcel does not arrive we will make a Lost Parcel Claim on your behalf to Royal Mail. Royal Mail considers a package to be "lost" if it has not arrived within 15 working days of postage. We therefore cannot refund or re-send until this time has been passed.
Please note that Royal Mail takes fraud very seriously, so before making a claim, please ask neighbours, or check garage etc for any left packet by Royal Mail.
International: If a parcel does not arrive we will make a claim to Royal Mail. Royal Mail considers a package to be "lost" if it has not arrived within 21 working days of postage. If the parcel is lost, we will give you refund or replacement, and will claim the full compensation from Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail takes fraud very seriously.
