I formed Premier-Dell-Hardware in 2010 after working for 12
years in the Dell Specialist companies; “Thirdline” & “Kew
Computers”. Since that time Dell
equipment has been my specialty.
As Dell specialists we offer a wide range of hard-to-find
Dell parts, with stock in excess of 10,000 parts listed on our user friendly
on-line database.

tested before despatch.
We have daily deliveries of new stock, so do keep an eye on

Our goods are shipped worldwide from simple/old P1
processors to new Hexacore processors and Latitude XPi motherboards to current
Poweredge PSUs.

Most parts will be shipped with Royal Mail (under 2kg) with
packages over 2kg sent normally via “Hermes” or “Collect Plus” courier’s
service. Shipping time 1 - 4 days.
Should you require Next Day shipping this service is
available on purchases placed before 3pm with consignments being sent by either
Royal Mail or TNT.

Overseas Customers
We frequently despatch orders overseas via internationally
recognised companies.
We offer an option to our e-bay customers for a guaranteed
next days service. This cost of this
service is depending on weight and quantity purchased.
Although are terms are strictly payment before despatch we
also we offer personal collection from our premises

This allows you to buy with confidence knowing that if at
any time goods need to be returned we will be supportive and offer a fast
turn-around service.
Remember; all our goods are
either “New”,
“Manufactured-Refurbised”,
“Seller refurbished” and “Used.” and all have been fully tested by our
qualified engineers and are supplied with a 30 day ‘Return – to – Base’ warranty.
In the unlikely event your part is found to be faulty on
arrival please contact us for an Return-Material-Advice number before returning
the goods.
On receipt at our premises goods will be re-tested and if
found faulty a replacement part will be despatched or a refund given. If the
part is found to be in working order return postage will not be refunded.
Although this has never happened before, in the event of
goods being damaged in transit, please return (in original packing) for a full
refund.
