Welcome! Here you will find a beautiful vintage Winnie the Pooh top toy. This has a wooden handle that you push down to make it spin. This is in excellent condition. It has a few minor scratches but no major damage. The base is 8 ½” in diameter. Please note: I have a scratch on my camera lens which makes it look like there is a spot on the clothing.
